Sandy’s work in the area of executive coaching, team alignment, and breakthrough leadership has earned her the reputation of being the person to have in the room to ask THE question that will make the difference and inspire true transformation. Sandy has presented to more than 250,000 business professionals around the world. Her work has been featured in Harvard Business Review, HR Magazine, Training Magazine, Working Mother Magazine, and Executive Female. Sandy has worked with global leaders, teams and organizations in a wide range of industries (manufacturing, government, financial services, retail, and service).
Sandy earned a BA in Computer Science from Central Connecticut State University and a Master’s degree in Human Resources from RPI. Sandy has served three Fortune 50 companies for over two decades: United Technologies, MARS, and General Electric. Sandy has two successful children, Steven (25) and Kara (23), and lives with her husband, Andrew, in Connecticut.

Allie is known as the problem solver and clear thinker in the group. She brings extensive experience in structuring and facilitating executive leadership sessions and teambuilding events. Her work with executives enables them to not only personally advance their brand as leaders, but empowers them with the tools and skills necessary to achieve desired business results. Her strategies hit directly at the bottom line. Allie engages with all Alchemy clients to generate an offering that is uniquely suited to meet their needs and challenges.
Allie’s analytical foundation and business acumen comes from eight years of experience at GE in strategic marketing and employee communications. She is a graduate of The University of Rochester, has a Master’s degree from Columbia University and an MBA from University at Albany. Allie practices courage and inspiration in all she does, especially in the life she’s built in upstate NY with her husband and son Charlie.
