Chief Cultural Anthropologist
After 31 years of leading positive change and reshaping organizations as a Human Resource professional and Operational Leader at General Electric, Ron decided to retire. In his last role as leader of Global Services for GE, Ron inspired a global organization of over 350 people located in 30+ countries. The organization became known for its lean business operations, productivity and agility, founded on a culture of high trust, no fear and joy in the workplace. Before long, other GE businesses and external companies visited this business to observe the culture transformation. Upon retirement, Ron joined Alchemy to pursue his dream of bringing job and inspiring leadership to other companies.
Ron is a graduate of Cornell University, has three successful children and lives in upstate New York. He spends his free time golfing, traveling and playing with his grandson, Charlie; by which he is referred to as Papa!
