Arza Goldstein, BSN
Executive Coach
Arza Goldstein has over 20 years of coaching experience in healthcare as a Birth Doula, Hospice Nurse and End of Life Coach and Consultant.
Her compassion, wisdom and her capacity for deep listening cultivates curiosity, confidence and clarity in her clients.
She forms genuine and supportive partnerships with clients that impact every aspect and level of their organizations and personal lives. Arza has worked in hospitals, home-health care agencies and as an entrepreneur.
Arza’s coaching is informed by the many conversations she has had sitting at the bedside of her dying patients. This immersion into life and death has given Arza a perspective that is with her at every moment:
It is because of death that our lives are so precious.
This perspective infuses every coaching session and helps clients explore how mindset, language, accuracy, values and habits are foundational to growth and long-term, sustainable change.
Arza holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Simmons University. She has been married to her husband Brian for 37 years and has three adult children. Arza loves travel, swimming, yoga, reading, dancing and rescuing small, older dogs.
