Allie is known as the source of courage inside Alchemy – at work and at home courage is her commodity, and a choice she makes every day. 

While Allie is one of the founding partners of The Alchemy Group, she is also a Lead Facilitator and Executive Coach. She is committed to activating the extraordinary inside of each client she serves, whether it is in an enrollment conversation or a coaching call - no conversation is too small for value to be experienced. 

Allie has curated a team, who together are relentlessly commited to truly living, breathing and practicing all the work of Alchemy.

The team has brought this work to life with and for the 25+ Fortune 500 companies they serve. Since its creation, over eight years ago, the company has coached over 720 leaders. 

Allie’s analytical foundation and business acumen comes from eight years of experience at GE in strategic marketing and employee communications. She is a graduate of The University of Rochester, has a Master’s degree from Columbia University and an MBA from The University at Albany. Allie’s leadership practice also infuses the inspired life she’s built in upstate NY with her husband Steve and sons Charlie (7) and Henry (4).
