The day I purchased a new pair of glasses...

Last week I decided to join the latest "fad" and purchase a pair of blue light filtering glasses. I thought it was a good idea, given all the hours I've been spending at my computer these days. Little did I know this purchase would result in another powerful leadership lesson.

When in the last week did you experience an outcome at work or at home that was NOT what you anticipated?

How might you be able to respond differently to that outcome and harvest a brand new opportunity for yourself and others?
