WHAT WILL OCCUR WHILE ON THIS JOURNEY? 

Each participant will individually define what it means to her to be a leadership pioneer in her life: How are you pioneering a new path? How might you be equipped or not equipped as a pioneer? What limiting beliefs may come forward while on this journey? What might be possible when you let go of the adopted beliefs around what it means to be a “successful leader”, a “successful woman” a “successful mom/spouse/sister/friend”? 

The October Research Expedition will be highly participative, experiential and engaging. Participants will take on the roles of both teachers and learners in the “room” – receiving coaching from the facilitators and working extensively in coaching pairs. Learning will take place through inquiry, sharing, practice and reflection. 

Participants will return from the Expedition clear on the limiting beliefs and a history of societal and family patterns that no longer serve. They will be empowered to shed these beliefs and develop their own version of success; their own version of a LEADER never researched or discovered before. With a deeper alignment their head, heart and guts and tapping into the balanced combination of effective and authentic each woman will walk out equipped with an internal compass designed to guide her on the journey ahead. And when she loses her way, or the path gets foggy, an Alchemy coach and the Advanced Course participants will be there to clear the way. 

All in-person & virtual sessions will focus on: 

  1. Curiosity … tapping into the uncharted, the unknown, the messy; inquiry into what is possible 

  2. Courage … taking on conversations and making decisions from a place of vulnerability & authenticity 

  3. Communication … speaking from a place of freedom, power and full self-expression; your words create your world; your thinking creates your environment 

  4. Choice … declaring your way of BEING, unapologetic ownership of your decisions and choices 

  5. Connection … discover a new level of connection with self – and then to purely connect with others 

All in-person & virtual sessions will NOT focus on: 

  1. Your "To DO” list 

  2. Theories on leadership 

  3. Defining/clarifying your environment which creates your thinking 

  4. A quick fix, one size fits all solution 

  5. Training
