Creating Fertile Ground To Lead

In this week's Alchemy Advantage I am coming to you with a potentially new take on a commonly used or maybe even avoided statement: "I DON'T KNOW".

For me, I find myself in the space of "not knowing" now more than ever. We are in a brand new reality, and as a leader I have made a conscious choice to courageously say "I don't know" when in conversations, or brainstorming, or when asked a question. This power statement could actually be an invitation to garner more information - it is creating fertile ground for us to lead. Yet, many of us are hesitant to say these three words, in fear of being misunderstood or misrepresented.
