It is hard to believe that we are over six months into this pandemic situation. The "as is" reality of this is that COVID-19 isn't going away anytime soon. Yes, that is scary. That is frustrating. That is exhausting. I'm with you. Many of our conversations with clients as of late have been about the impact this pandemic is having on their companies, on their numbers, and on their people: 

The impact on numbers sounds like: furloughs, cost cutting, salary reductions, headcount reductions, productivity declines.

The impact on people sounds like: decline in trust, blame, silos, exhaustion, disconnection.

Our clients are calling us because, while they cannot directly change the trajectory of the virus, they sure as heck can change the impact on their people.
