Last week, Sandy and I led the first EVER open-enrollment Leadership Experience for 26 elite leaders, across industries, companies and geographies. Together with these 26 leaders we created JOY - pure, unimaginable, unmistakable, indescribable JOY.
This JOY did not occur by accident. Zero luck was involved.
It was the result of 26 people convening in Saratoga, NY from locations as far away as Seattle, Washington and Athens, Greece (yes we’re global baby!), all of whom said “YES” to investing in themselves. And just to be clear, some of these leaders had no clue what they were saying “yes” to. They just had the courage to do it afraid.
It was the result of 26 leaders getting on the leadership court, sweating it out, and demonstrating an elite level of vulnerability and coachability.
It was the result of 26 leaders standing with and for other human beings in their moments of struggle, fear and greatness.
It was the result of 26 leaders doing whatever it takes to create a new future for their professional and personal lives as leaders.
The end product: Joy, relief, transformation, breakthroughs, possibility, and most importantly 26 BRAND NEW FUTURES.
